his amendment concerns the move of the Midwest Regional Office of Radiation Management Corporation (RMC) to a new address.
The old address was 3356 Consnercial Avenue, Northbrook, Illinois. The new address is 1175 Tower Road, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173.
Please refer to the October 18, 1985 request for amendment to our Byproduct Materials License no. 37-13129-01 for supporting documentation relevant to this amendment request. %e supporting documentation provided with the October 18, 1985 amendment request included results of a closeout radiation survey of the Conunerical Avenue facility.
