Enclosed for filing with the Commission are 3 originals and 19 copies of a Third Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's February 11, 1982 Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Application was previously amended by Licensee on August 24, 1983, and November 1, 1985. This Third Amendment further revises the Application to comply with recent requests from the NRC Staff for modifications to the proposed Technical Specifications on limitations on the use of overtime.
