EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO NOTICE OF V!OLATION
Dear Mr. Wells:
This refers to a request from Mr. Nick Reynolds for an extension of time to respond to the Notice of Violation (Notice) issued to you on January 5,1999. The Notice involved your deliberate failure to provide NRC with complete and accurate information, in violation of 10 CFR 50.5. You were not required to respond to the Notice of Violation unless the description described in identified correspondence did not accurately reflect your corrective actions or your position. Further, our letter stated that if you chose to provide a response, to please provide it within 30 days of the date of the letter. You are hereby granted an extension until March 15, 1999 in order to provide a response to the Notice.
