When I reviewed the background files, I discovered that the following documents referenced by the previous registration certificate No. NR-701-D-101-B, dated September 29,1995, are missing:
Princeton Gamma-Tech, Inc. letter dated January 15,1987.
- Outokumpu Electronics, Inc. letter dated December 18,1992.
- Metorex Inc, letter dated July 24,1995.
However, I have came across the following documents in the background file, concerning the registration certificate and/or related licensing action (s) that are not referenced in the registration certificate.
Princeton Gamma-Tech letter dated January 14,1987.

- Metorex, Inc. letter dated July 25,1995.
The closeness in dates of these documents suggests that a previous reviewer may have mistakenly entered the wrong dates. However, since the licensee has not indicated to the NRC that there are any such errors, no changes to the reference section of the registration certificate are being made at this time, with the exception of the inclusion of a letter dated March 5,1999, and email dated May 7,1999, from Metorex, Inc. concerning the current action (SSD-99-01) l
