FOIA Appeal 86-A-160C
Dear Ms. Garde:
Thie responds to your August 26, 1986 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) appeal from the agency's August 12, 1986 response to FOIAs 86-53, -54 and -55.
The four withheld documents were misnumbered in the original response, and, for your convenience, have been renumbered in the attached appendix.
After reviewing the withheld portions of the four documents, I have decided to release the withheld portion of document L-2, and to release additional parts of page 1 of documents L-1 and L-4.
These documents, or portions thereof, are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H St.,
N.W.,
Washington, D.C.
You may obtain access by pr'esenting a copy of this letter to the PDR staff or by requesting PDR folder FOIA-86-53 under your name.
I have decided to continue to withhold the previously withheld portion of document L-3.
The withheld portions of these documents are being withheld for the reasons stated in the August 12, 1986 response.
This letter represents the final agency action on your FOIA appeal.
Judicial review of the decision is available in a federal district court in the district in which you reside or have your principal place of business, or in the District of Columbia.
Sincerely, M
