Dear Sir or Madam:
On January 25,1999, GPU Nuclear,Inc. filed its Answer to the Letter from Rep. Camille
" Bud" George. The certificate of service that was filed with this answer stated that the answer was served by both deposit in the U.S. mail and by electronic mail on January 25th. However, because of a keystroke error, the electronic message was stored rather than transmitted.
Accordingly, service by electronic mail was not effectuated until today. A corrected certificate of service is therefore attached.
