TASK ORDER NO. 5 MODIFICATION NO.1, ENTITLED " TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR KAZAKHSTAN MPC&A UNDER THE CTR PROGRAM:
REVIEW OF REGULATORY GUIDANCE FOR PHYSICAL PROTECTION TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS," UNDER NRC-02-98-005 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds no longer needed for performance by the contractor or expected to be owed in fee or indirect costs adjustments to the contractor.
Therefore, the obligated and ceiling amounts are hereby decreased by $3,200.00 ftom
$20,096.00 to $16,896.00. Accordingly, $3,200.00 in funding is hereby deobligated from Task Order No. 5 and the second paragraph of the basic task order is revised to read as follows:
"The total. estimated ceiling for this task order is $16,896.00 of which $15,671 rep,esents the estimated costs and $1,225.00 for fixed fee. The net amount of obligations and deobligations is
$16,896.00."
