Dear Mr. Patrick:
In accordance with R.B. Kalmbach's letter dated September ?.9,1998, and received by facsimile on September 30,1998, the NRC issues unilateral modification number 9 to decrease the Task Order ceiling and obligated amount by $462.45 as follows:
The cost ai!ing associated with performance of Task Order No. 009 is hereby decreased by
$462.45 from $42,000.48 to $42,438.03.
The estimated reimbursable costs and the cost of facility capitalin the amount of $38,882.04 are hereby decreased by $462.45 to $38,419.59.
The Fixed Fee, in the amount of $4,018.44 remains the same.
