Dear Mr. Lear:
The report of the Regulatory Effectiveness Review conducted December 3-6, 1985, was dated August 7, 1986. You requested that we respond within 45 days.
On September 3, 1986, Mr. R. Krukowski, our Security Supervisor, discussed with Mr. Timothy Colburn the possiblity of extending the response period by an additional 30 days.
Mr. Colburn requested that we advise Mr. Herbert Berkow of our intention to respond, and the fact we will need at least an additional 30 days to develop an appropriate reply. We intend to have our response to you by October 27.
