Dear Mr. Denton:
1 Enclosed is information on seismic equipment qualification i
j and electrical and mechanical environmental equipment qualification which should allow you to complete your review.
All safety-related equipment is now seismically and environmentally qualified in compliance with the appropriate regulations.
For seismic equipment the Welman Model #44C675 control circulation heaters are now seismically qualified.
Qualification i
data is contained in Sargent & Lundy document CQD-230127.
These components were provided by Johnson Controls and identified with tag numbers OTX-VCO63A,B and OTX-VCO64A,B.
The status'was reported on page 140 of 165 per reference.(b) as being not completed.

The review of safety related active-mechanical components l
located in harsh environments is completed.
Valve 2RY8000A is tho I
only safety-related active mechanical component located in harsh environment that is unique to Braidwood.
Qualification information for the valve body is contained in Sargent & Lundy document i
CQD-23004.
Environmental Qualification for the Limitorque operator for this valve is contained in E.Q. Binder E.Q.-BB HE-1.
All other components in this category have been previously qualified for Byron Station.
