NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1201/86-04 1 This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by
- D. H. Thompson on June 4, 1986. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
! enclosed inspection report.
4 The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license with respect to radiation safety and compliance with NRC regulations and the conditions of your license. It included selective examinations of 7rocedures and 4
representative records, interviews with personnel, and direct observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(d) and 10 CFR 73.21, safeguards activities and security measures are exempt from public disclosure; therefore, the enclosure to this letter, with the exception of the report cover page which presents a nonexempt summary, will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
