to persons who hold a general license under 10 CFR Part 31.5.
U.S. Nuclear i
Regulatory Commission (USNRC) regulations require that you report transfers or i
lack of transfers of such devices to general licensees under USNRC jurisdiction on a guarterly basis. A check of our files appears to indicate that reports for the 1, 2"d, 3 'd, and 4"' quarters of 1990 and the 1" and 2"' quarters of 1991 have I
not been received by USNRC.
J Please send the appropriate reports to the undersigned or notify the undersigned in writing that no transfers were made in these quarters. Your cooperation in correcting this is appreciated.
