Dear Ms. Moore:
This letter is in reference to your license authorizing distribution of devices to persons who hold a general license under 10 CFR Part 31.5.
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) regulations require that you report transfers or lack of transfers of such devices to general licensees under USNRC jurisdiction on a quarterly basis. A check of our files appears to indicate that reports for the l', 2"', 3d, and 4" quarters of 1990 and the 1" and 2"' quarters of 1991 have not been received by USNRC.
Please send the appropriate reports to the undersigned or notify the' undersigned j
in writing that no transfers were made in these quarters. Your cooperation in correcting this is appreciated.
In addition, please notify us if you are no longer licensed to distribute generally licensed devices or if you are exempt from submitting this information.

We have sold all of our stock and are exempt from repoting this because we make a report to the manufacturer and they in turn report the final destination of these signs to the USNRC I
