Dear Sirs:
This is a forma 1 request that my name be added to your service lint for NRC documents pertaining to Millstone Units 1, 2 and 3 located in Waterford, Connecticut.
My client, Fish Unlimited, has directed me to make this request. I represent Fish Unlimited in various matters concerning the Millstone Nuclear Power Generating Station.
Fish Unlimited is a national fisheries organization with a membership of 8,400 individuals. It is actively involved in f
environmental issues related to the operations of the Millstone Nuclear Power Generating Station. Among other areas of involvement, I represent Fish Unlimited in its current appeal to the Connecticut Appellate Court of a recent settlementtof an environmental-enforcement suit brought by the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection, as well as in pending proceedings before the DEP regarding Millstone Station's discharge permit.
My office is located in Redding, Connecticut, which is a two-hour drive from Waterford, Connecticut, where I understand NRC maintains a public document room.' The public document room in Norwich is half an hour farther away. Thus, the NRC's public document facilities which contain Millstone materials are not readily accessible to me.
