Dear Mr. Dyer:
By letter dated January 13,1999 (Reference 1), USEC provided additional information to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on actions taken and planned to address issues identified by the Nuclear Safety Culture Survey conducted by SYNERGY Consulting Services Corporation at the Paducah (PGDP) and Portsmouth (PORTS) Gaseous Diffusion Plants. The purpose of this letter is to specifically identify, as requested, the information in Enclosures 2 and 3 of Reference 1 that USEC concluded should be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6). Accordingly, attached are Enclosures 2 and 3 from Reference 1 appropriately bracketed [ ] to indicate that information which, if released, could constitute a invasion of personal privacy.
