Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit 2 Reactor Vessel Surveillance Capsule Report Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50 Appendix H and Technical Specification 3/4.4.10, Alabama Power Company herewith submits the Westinghouse WCAP-11438 report entitled " Analysis of Capsule W from the Alabama Power Company Joseph M. Farley Unit 2 Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program." This report presents the surveillance capsule test results from Capsule W, which were used to evaluate the reactor vessel
. material properties following 3.97 EFPY.
Based on the attached surveillance capsule test results, no technical change to' the existing Technical Specification is required and no changes to the operating procedures are required.
