Inspection Report Number 86-08 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. Steven Courtemanche of this office on August 29, 1986 of activities authorized by the NRC general license contained in 10 CFR 31.5 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Courtemanche with Messrs. Steven Mazouat, Tom D'Achino and Tom Stregowski at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas inspected during this inspection included:
records of transfer of gauges, leak test reports, location of gauges and labeling of gauges. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room.
