TEST RESULTS l

WCNOC employees

.Two Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) employees tested positive for alcohol l

during this period.

Both individuals were tested on a for-cause basis.

Each individual has completed an evaluation through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

One individual has completed the recommended counseling program and has returned to work.

The other individual is still involved in counseling. This person had returned to work following l

the initial program recommendations, and shortly thereafter, was charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

WCNOC suspended the individual's unescorted access and has, by recommendation of the EAP, implemented a more stringent course of counseling.

The individual returned to work in January 1999.

C*ntractors No contractors tested positive for alcohol or drugs.

Fitness For Duty Program Changes No changes to the FFD program were implemented.
