Today, Private Fuel Storage ("PFS") is submitting a motion for partial summary disposition of Contention Utah H. The affidavit ofIndresh Rampall and some of the related exhibits, filed with PFS's motion, contain Holtec International proprietary information.
Therefore, PFS is filing an affidavit of Dr. Alan Soler, Executive Vice President of Holtec, requesting that the affidavit and the exhibits (referred to in paragraph 2(a) of Dr. Soler's aflidavit) be maintained as confidential in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790. The enclosed affidavit of Dr. Soler is the signed original affidavit corresponding to the facsimile copy PFS filed on May 14,1999 with its responses to the State of Utah's First Set of Discovery Requests, specifically, those responses to Contention Utah H, Interrogatory Nos.1,2 and 3.
The enclosed affidavit of Donald Wayne Lewis is a facsimile copy; PFS will file the signed original tomorrow.
