Today, Private Fuel Storage ("PFS") is submitting an amended proprietary response to the State of Utah's First Set of Discovery Requests, specifically responses to Interrogatory Nos.1-3 for Utah Contention H. PFS's response to these interrogatories contains Holtec International proprietary information and therefore PFS is filing an affidavit of Dr. Alan Soler, Executive Vice President of Holtec, requesting that the information in the attached response (referred to in paragraph 2(b) of Dr. Soler's affidavit) be maintained as confidential in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790. The affidavit of Dr. Soler also requests that the NRC maintain as confidential under 10 CFR 2.790 an affidavit ofIndresh Impall, and related exhibits (referred to in paragraph 2(a) of Dr. Soler's affidavit), that PFS intends to file early
. next week along with a motion for partial summary disposition of Contention Utah H. The enclosed affidavit of Dr. Soler is a facsimile copy and PFS will file the signed original of Dr.
