NRC-38-96-282 Modification No.18 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the funding in the contract, by $74,800.00 from to
$1,257,000.00 to $1,331,800.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section B, Subsection B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS (JUN 1988), paragraph (b), first sentence is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(b)
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $1,331,800.00."
A summary of obligations for this contract from date of award through the date of this action is i

1 TOTAL FY96 OBLIGATIONS: $275,000.00 TOTAL FY97 OBLIGATIONS: $383,000.00 TOTAL FY98 OBLIGATIONS: $619,000.00 TOTAL FY99 OBLIGATIONS: $ 74,800.00 CUMULATIVE TOTAL NRC OBLIGATIONS: $1,331,800.00 This modification obligates funds in the amount of $74,800.00 All other terms and condition of the said contract remain unchanged.
