PROJECT MANAGERS

Reference:

Memorandum from H. Denton to NRC Regional Administrators, dated August 6, 1986, on " Unescorted Access for NRR's Project Managers".

The reference memorandum contained a listing of project managers who have been granted unescorted access to their respective plants.

Fort St. Vrain has two project managers, Kenneth Heitner and Charles Hinson, both of whom have been granted unescorted access to the plant (see enclosure). The reference memo-randum lists only Mr. Heitner as having unescorted access to FSV. Please add Mr. Hinson's name to this list.
