University of Illinois LOPRA Reactor, ticense No. R-117, Docket No 50-356. These changes are requested due to a change of status of '

Nuclear Engineering from Program to Department and changes in staffing of the Nuclear Reactor Laboratory, These changes are to Section Six. Administrative Controls, and are briefly described as follows:

Section 6.1.c. is changed to reflect that the Department of Nuclear Engineering provides support for the Reactor Health Physicist.

I Chart I is changed to reflect that Nuclear' Engineering has been up-graded to Department status and has added to the Staff a Director of the Reactor Laboratory.

t Section 6.2.c. is changed to define the membership of the Reactor Commiitee.

Section 6.2.e. is changed to reflect the change in 6.2.c.

Section 6.2.f is changed to allow for. difficulties smaetimes encountered during the summer months in scheduling meetings due to Reactor Committee members being gone from the University because of research activities.

Section 6.7, is changed to reflect USNRC administrative changes.which-i impact on our reporting requirements.
