All installations of Accuray Corporation gauges or de-installations were performed by Accuray Corporation personnel or by Consolidated Pepers, Incorporated personnel with Accuray Corporation supervision as per Fred Wauldorf.

The three sources in storage at Consolidated Papers, Incorporated which area scheduled to b3 transferred to Accuray Corporation in the near future have Serial Nos. K-4156-X, K-4300-X, K-4299-X.

These were used at the Wisconsin f.apids operation.

The two Accuray Corporation sources still in use at the Stevens Point operation have Serial Nos. K-4349-X and i

K-4331-X and are used on lines 31 and 32 respectively.
