This is in final response to your letter dated May 16, 1986, in which you

requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infonnation Act (F0IA), copies of all ,

records pertaining to Inspection Report 85-16/85-13 regarding the Comanche l

Peak nuclear power plant.  !

The enclosed Appendix E identifies documents which are being placed in the

NRC's Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555,

where they will be available for public inspection at no charge or ,

reproduction at a nominal fee of five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in i

10 CFR 9.14. The documents will be filed in PDR folder F01A-86-380 under your i

name.

In light of this response to this request, we are taking no further action on

your letter dated July 16, 1986, appealing our lack of response to your ,

request.

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C.

552, as amended, the Government Accountability Project (GAP)

requests copies of any and all agency records and information,

including but not limited to notes, letters, memoranda, drafts,

minutes, diaries, logs, calendars, tapes, transcripts, summaries,

interview < reports, procedures, instructions, engineering

analyses, drawings, files, graphs, charts, maps, photographs,

agreements, handwritten notes, studies, data sheets, notebooks,

assistance to local public interest and citizens groups seeking
