j Your letter of June 4,1986, transmitted a~ complete revisicn to the UNC Naval Products Physical Security Plan, in accordance with the pr'ovisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).
We have reviewed the revision and determined that, since these changes are being made as a result of a February 24-26, 19E6 meeting in NRC Headquarters (between members of your security staff and NRC's Divisicn of Safeguards staff), the revision should be referred to our Headquarters staff for review.
The Headquarters staff will respond to you regarding this revision.
In accordance with the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, National Security Informa-tion, which requires safeguarding in,the interest of national defense, shall not be disclesed to unauthorized persons; therefore, the enclosures to your letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
