AMENDMENT 4 This is to document the fact that TVA will require some additional time for submittal of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant FSAR Revision 4.
This submittal was due April 15, 1987, in accordance with submittals made in previous years.
This revision is in the final stages of review and concurrence and will be submitted no later than April 27, 1987.
This was discussed by telephone between M. R. Harding of TVA and J. R. Zwolinski of NRC on April 15, 1987.
