This letter is writ ten in response to your letter of July 7, 1986, whion transmitted violation 482/8544-01.
The issue was also discussed in tne Enforcement Conference held November 25, 1985.
As requested, the violation is addressed in five parts which are presented in Attachment A.
a)
Admission or denial of the alleged violation; b)
The reason for the violation, if ad.nitted; c)
The corrective steps which have been taken and results achieved; d).
The corrective steps which will be taken to avoid further violations; and e)
The date when full compliance will be achived.
Attachment A contains Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CPR 73 21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure. This letter, when separa ted from the attachment, does not contain Safeguards Information and should be handled as decontrolled.
