Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements
except as noted below:
a.
Physical Barriers - Vital Areas: On three occasions between January 21,
._
1985 and July 13, 1986, a vital area barrier was degraded without proper
compensatory measures being implemented.
b.
Records and Reports:
Between January 21.and 27, 1985, two security
events involving a loss of physical security effectiveness were not
reported to the NRC as required by 10 CFR 73.71(c).
Additionally, a weakness was noted in the alarm station operator initial
performance evaluation program.
