10. BCL-4 Packaging Docket No. 71-5950 By application dated August 5,1986, Battelle Columbus Laboratories requested renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 5950. No changes have been requested or made to the package since approval of the August 21, 1981 application.

The certificate of compliance has been changed to give the correct (August 21, 1981) date of application.
