Dear Mr. Anderson:
This is to inform you that the NRC's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) reorganized effective March 28,1999 (see enclosed organization chart). i The Section Chiefs responsibilities include ensuring that licensing actions and activities are of consistent quality and are timely, and for supervising of the Project Managers for those power plants within the Section's scope of responsibility. The Section Chief is also the first level of NRR managament contact for any operational, enforcement, or licensing issue.' The Section Chief for Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2, is Claudia M. Craig (George F. Dick, Jr., is acting for Ms Craig until early June and may be reached at
.(301) 415-3019). As the Project Director for your facility, I am responsible for management j
j
