Although Juffolk county does not agree with each of the bases asserted by the Staff in its Motion, the county, with one caveat, does not object to the grant of the Staff's Motion.
That caveat is that if unforeseen circumstances should arise which necess).tata action on the Governments' Stay Motion prior to November 8, 1988, that the Board proceed to a decision on that motion without waiting for the staff's filings.
