If you are an I RC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the requirer.ents of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR Part 150.20, a Quality Assurance Progran approved by the Corraission as satisfying the provision of Subpart 11 of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid Quality Assurance Progran Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 to transport or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport are teminated.
