The purpost-of this codification is to provide the cost sticate through this period for leasing of the following: 1) Erowns Ferry Boiling Water Rea: tor,

) Sequoyah Pressurized Water Reactor, and 3) Bellefonte Fressurized Water Reactor Siculators, Mir cssociated classroot facilities, and technical caterials. The required services shall parf orced in accordance with Article 11, Scope of Work, as revised herein, and the contractor's 3

reposal, except for the revisions thereto nade herein, dated April 17, 1986. Except for the

@ visions made herein, other parts of the contractor's proposal dated April 17, 1986, are hereby acorporated by reference. The subject agreement is revised as follows:

Article II, Sco)e of Work, Item B, is deleted in its entirety, and the following is su>stituted in lieu thereof:

"The utilization of the Browns Ferry BWP simulator is estimated to be four (4) weeks et forty (40) hours per week (160). The utilization of the Sequoyah PWR simulator is estir;ated to be twenty-five (25) weeks at forty (40) hours per week (1,000). The utilization of the Bellefonte PWR simulator is estimated to be ten (10) weeks at forth (40) hours per week (400).

Scheduling of simulators and classrooms is subject to TVA approval."

Article III, Estimate of Cost and Oblication of Funds, Paragraphs A and B are deleted in their entirety, and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

A.

The estimated cost of the FY 37 effort is $657.480.00. This is based on:

(a) a hourly rate of M, which includes 160 bears for utilization of the Browns Ferry simulato-1000 hours for utilization of the Sequoyah simulator. Also included is a furnished office te include a telephone and classroom.

(b) a hourly rate of W, which includes 400 hours0.00463 days 0.111 hours 6.613757e-4 weeks 1.522e-4 months for utiliza-tion of the Bellefonte simulator and a furnished office to include a telephcne and a classroom.

B.

The estimated cost of the FY B8 eTfort is $6B4,000.00. This is t

based on:

(a) a hourly rate of SESP, which includes 160 hot.rs for utilization of the Browns Ferry simulator.. :000 hours for u+ilization of the Sequoyah sirciator. Also included i: ' farnished office to include a telephone and classroor.

(b) a hourly rate ofM, which includes 400 hours0.00463 days 0.111 hours 6.613757e-4 weeks 1.522e-4 months for utilization of the Bellefo.ite simulator and a furnished office to include a telephone anc a classrcor.

The contractor's prop: sal iated April 17, 1986, is revised as follows:

Paragraph I, Sinulator Availability, Subparagraph B, first sentence, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

The Sequoyah Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) simulator and classroom will typically be available for use by NRC between the hours of 2400 and OS00 7 days per week, 25 weeks per year.

Paragraph V, Instructor Sup> ort, is deleted in its entirety. Therefore, it shall not be a part of tie services required herein.

Paragraph VI. Estimated Costs, is deleted in its entirety.

All references to 0000 are hereby deleted, and 2400 is substituted in lieu thereof. This change shall apply throughout the contractor's proposal dated April.17, 1986.

3. The obli Eted amount under Itec C of Article III, Estimate of Cost and F

Obligation ci Funds recains in the amount of $863,565.00.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
