Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is submitting Revision 22 to the Three Mile Island Security Plan, Training and Quafffication Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Changes to this document were implemented on June 2, 2020. In accordance With 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2),
Exelon is submitting these changes within 60 days of impfementation (i.e., no later than August 1, 2020).
This revision of the TMI Physical Seoority Pian (PSP) incorporates enhancements to the Defueled Defensive Strategy. The revision also reflects the devitalization of an area no tonger meeting the aitetia of a vital area. In addition, some editorial changes were made to remove reference to core damage.
Exelon has concluded that ihe changes do not decrea the safeguards effectiveness of the Three Mile Island Security* Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards lnfonnation. Therefore. Exelon requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, *exemptions. requests fc,,r withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22~
"Protection of Safeguards lnfonnation: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1)(i).
