Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for natural uranium. The material will be converted at British Nuclear Fuels, Ltd. and returned to the United States. A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the tenns and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
Please note that the material is of Canadian origin.
