Modification No. 7 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) increase the number of days from 150 days to 250 days for item No. 3.,Microcorinputer User Support Services" under Section A.1.2,' and (2) increase the Total Estimated Amount for Option Year i from $135,011.32 to $165,659.32, under Section B.2. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Under Section B.2, Consideration and Obligation-Delivery Orders (JUN 1988), the first sentence under paragraph (a) is deleted entirely and replaced with the following:
(a) The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $335,076.76.
It is estimated that current funding in the amount of $330,417.44 is sufficient to cover the increase in the number of days for the " Microcomputer User Support Services."

NRC-31-97-246 SBA 0610-97-705787 Modification No. 7 Page 3 of 3 When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
