. The purpose of this' modification 'is to: 1) Modify Section B, Schedule of items and Prices to.

provide for the compensation of. Relief Guards at_th'e Armed Guard rate when relieving guards on armed posts during Option Period One,' effective March 1,1999; 2) Modify Schedule of Monthly Prices (Attachment No.1) to reflect the revised relief hours; 3) Increase the totil amount for Option Period One by $6,845.00 from $1,349,198.00 to $1,356,043.00; 4) Increase the ceiling in the contract by.56,845.00 from $2,225,203.00 to $2,232,048.00; and 5) Increase the amount obligated in the contract by $6,845.00 from $2,265,203.00.to $2,272,048.00. -The contract is hereby odified:

1) Section B.) Silbsbetion B.3,' SCHEDULE OF ITEMS AND PRICES, OPTION YEAR ONE, is.

deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"The firm fixed price for basic guard services under this contract is $2,232,048.00. The total amount obligated under this contract, including TAS, is $2,272,048.00."

3) Section B, is modified to incorporate the attached revised Schedule of Monthly Prices for the period February 1999 through November 1999.
