SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC-OIE REGION II INSPECTION REPORT 50-327/86-19 AND 50-328/86-19 Due to the nature of Inspection Report 86-19 violations, Nos. 50-328/86-19-12 and 50-327. -328/86-19-01, and management's need to ensure a viable response is prepared, we request a one-month extension of the original due date.
