This note is in response to your letter of March 24,1999, requesting that Mr. Aby Mohseni provide an overview of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission assessment methods as described in the Response Technical Manual (RTM). Mr. Mohseni is not available; however, Mr. Thomas Mc Kenna, one of the authors of the RTM, is available to make the presentation. Mr. Mc Kenna (phone: 301-415-6073; e-mail: tim 2@nrc.aov) will coordinate with Mr. Scott Ledford as indicated in your letter.
