The Seacoast Anti-Pollution League hereby supplements its response to Applicants' interrogatories and request for production of documents.
In response to XXXV-9, SAPL amends its previous response in that SAPL has initiated arrangements to bring Dr. Richard Piccioni, Ph.D. as a witness in regard to SAPL Contention No. 5.
A summary of Dr. Piccioni's curriculum vita was supplied with SAPL's responses to motions for sum nary disposition. SAPL intends to supply the more detailed information sought through Applicants' questions pertaining to identification of witnesses when obtained.
