NRC Response to PSC Submittals
REFERENCE:
NRC Letter, Heitner to Walker dated May 2, 1986 (G-86241)
Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
In preparing a response to Reference 1, which requested that PSC provide the status of Fort St. Vrain commitment items, PSC has identified a list of open items for which PSC is awaiting NRC action. to this letter briefly describes those items which appear to fall under Region IV re. view and provides reference information.
The information in Attachment I reflects PSC's understanding of the status of these open items as of June 13, 1986.
PSC would appreciate NRC review of this attachment and an update of the status of these items.
If additional information is required from PSC, we would be glad to provide needed data.

I&E Inspection 85-18 (CL-1232) - In letter P-85376 (Gahm to Johnson dated October 18,1985), PSC submitted a response to I&E Inspection 85-18.
PSC has not been notified by the NRC of the acceptability of our response.

I&E Inspection 85-24 (CL-1277) - In letter P-85471 (Gahm to Johnson dated December 16,1985), PSC submitted a response to I&E Inspection 85-24.
PSC has not been notified by the NRC of the acceptability of our response.

FSAR Comments (CL-1300) - As requested by the NRC, PSC provided, in letter P-85494 (Singleton to Johnson dated December 31, 1985), responses to NRC concerns about FSAR Revision 3, Appendix B.
To date, PSC has not received confirmation of the acceptability of our response.
4.
I&E Inspection 85-29 (CL-1305, 1331A) - In letter P-86097 (Gahm to Gagliardo dated February 10,1986), PSC submitted its response to I&E Inspection 85-29. PSC has not received confirmation of the acceptability of our response.
5.
I&E Inspection 86-02 (CL-1375) - In letter P-86345 (Gahm to Gagliardo dated May 1, 1986), PSC submitted a response to I&E Inspection 86-02. PSC is awaiting a reply from the NRC concerning the acceptability of this response.
6.
I&E Inspection 86-06 (CL-1380A) - In letter P-86353 (Gahm to Gagliardo dated May 9, 1986), PSC submitted a response to I&E Inspection 86-06.
PSC will be awaiting a reply concerning the acceptability of our response.
7.
I&E Bulletin 85-03 (CL-1279A) - In letter P-86356 (Brey to Gagliardo dated May 14,1986), PSC provided our response to I&E Bulletin 85-03 which concerned motor operated valves.
PSC would like NRC's concurrence that this response is acceptable.
