Attorney General Francis X. Bellotti hereby files his response to the Licensing Board's Order of June 16, 1986.

The Attorney General intends to participate in this proceeding as an interested state under 5 2.715(c). The Attorney General intends to litigate, through presentation of a direct case and cross-examination, the following contentions relative to the adequacy of sheltering for the summer beach population in the New Hampshire EPZ: Town of Hampton Contention VIII; NECNP Contention RERP-8; and SAPL Contention 16.

In light of the foregoing, the Attorney Ger.eral agrees to file responses by July 3, 1986, to the Applicants' Interrogatories relative to the above-named contentions.
