CRGR MEETING NO.151 - REVISED AGErdDA The Committee to Revie., Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet in.he afternoon on Thursday, November 17. 1988 in Room 148-11 WFN from 2-5 p.m.

There will t'a no meeting on November 23, 1988.

The agenda is as follows:

2-3 p.m.

L. Spessard (AE00) will present for CRGR review a revirion to 50.54 to allow licensees to take action that departs from approved techni-cal specifications in a national security emergency.

(The submittal package is enclosed.)

3-5 p.m.

C. E. Rossi (NRR) will present for CRGR review' a revised NRC bulletin na Nonconforming Molded-Case Circuit Breakers.

This bulletin was previously reviewed by the Committee at CRGR Meeting 145.

(The submii.tal package was provided to you separately.)

If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is nis responsibility to assure that an alternate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting.

Persons making presentations to the CRCR are responsible for (1) assuring that the information required for CRGR review iJ provided to the Co.utttee (CRGR Charter -IV.8), (2) coordinating and presenting views cf other offices, (3) as appropriate, t.ssuring that other offices r.e represented owM ng the presenta-tion, and (4) assuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the CRGR contact (C. Sakenas X24148) and others involved vith the presentation.

Division Dirsctors or higher management should attend meetings addressing agenda items under t'eir purview.
