As a result of a reorganization of the NDC, the technical responsibilit.v for the sub.iect contract has been transferred from the Office of Inspection and Enforcerent to the Office for Analysis and Evaluation of Operatioral Data.
This rtodification is therefore issued to reflect the followinc administrative chances under the centract.
