TROJAN NUCLEAR PLANT Security Plan Revision 13 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) changes to the security program at the Trojan Nuclear Plant, as described in the Trojan Security Plan, PGE-1017, have been implemented. Our evalua-tion has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the security program.
Briefly, the changes reflect the completion of a new vital area structure, added weapons storage enclosures, and various administrative items. is a detailed description of the changes, along with a discussion of the reasons for making the changes. Attachment 2 con-sists of five copies of the replacement pages for the Trojan Security Plan. Another copy is being forwarded to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
