Dear Mr. Hendricks:
This is in response to that portion of your letter dated March 2,1987, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), a copy of the winning proposal and certain information on all offers regarding RFQ 610257. The NRC's Division of Contracts will contact you with respect to your request for a debriefing.
The NRC has already made a copy of the nonproprietary version of the winning proposal available for public inspection and copying at the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, in response to a previous F0IA request. The record is filed in PDR folder F01A-86-825. Copies of the subject RFQ and Purchase Order DR-87-0321 are also maintained at the PDR. The NRC has received another F0IA request for, among other things, a copy of the bid abstract.
Records that are disclosed in response to that request will be placed into the PDR in folder F0IA-87-164.
In the event you are interested in additional records following the debriefing by the Division of Contracts and your inspection of records maintained at the PDR, you may submit another F0IA request for additional specified records.
