This is in response to the report on combined Inspection ntsnbers 50-
54/86-04; 70-687/86-05.
The unlabeled drums resulted from our ef forts to
compact and consolidate waste prior to shipment of f site for disposal.
We
have revised our procedure so that each drum will be labeled at the time waste
is first placed in a container.
With this change in procedure we are now in
f ull_ compliance with 10 CFR 20.203 (f).
