Modification No.11 to Task Order No. 2 Under Contract NRC-02 97-001
Dear Dr. Patrick:
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No.11 to Task Order No. 2. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the attached modification to the original statement of work and the changes to the Contractor's technical proposal submitted for this modification. The effective date of this task order modification shall be April 9,1999.
This modification increases the cost ceiling of this task order from $197,423 to $284,302.
The amount of $257,665 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of
$7,568 represents the cost of facility capital, and the amount of $19,069 represents the fixed fee for this task order. The period of performance of this task order is extended to December 31,1999.
The obligated amount of this task order is increased from $197,423 to $214,423. Of this amount $199,643 represents estimated cost and facility capital, and $14,774 represents fixed fee. It is estimated that this amount will provide funding through May 7,1999.
