MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Ruling on State of New Hampshire Motion for Protective Order Directed to Seacoast Anti-Pollution League and Town of Hampton)
The Board has before it the State of New Hampshire Responses to Seacoast Anti-Pollution League's and the Town of Hampton's Interrog-atories and Request for Production of Documents to the State of New Hampshire on the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plan and Motions for Protective Orders. Each of New Hampshire's responses and motions for protective order was dated March 18, 1987.
Neither Seacoast Anti-Pollution League nor Town of Hampton has responded to New Hampshire's motion for protective order.

litigation by fully responding. We again remind the parties of our position on discovery which we set forth in our order of March 1, 1983 and which New Hampshire has cited to us in its motion. As we have directed in Applicants' case, the party requesting documents is directed to apply at the depository of the document for copying. We do not expect the documents to be made available to the requesting party at their offices. Documents which Town of Hampton has requested are available at the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency,107 Pleasant Street, Concord, New Hampshire 03301. The State will advise Town of Hampton of the regular business hours of that agency.
